There is no better way to learn Drupal than to build something with it.  We will set our sights on creating a blog.   The skills and techniques learned will apply to websites of all types.

My goal for you is to have a strong Drupal foundation.    By learning critical concepts, techniques, and skills in this course, you are shortening your learning curve and setting yourself up for success.   We will explore Drupal through a combination of lectures, hands-on exercises, and classroom discussions.

At the end of this course you will:

  • Have a blog to launch and share with the world (if you choose to)
  • Understand key concepts and techniques
  • Be able to speak Drupal
  • Be prepared to tackle a new project
  • Know where and how to get help
  • Have some new Drupal friends
